Reliable and friendly customer service. I recently left a positive review via Square, and I received a same-day response from the company addressing a concern I'd had even in that positive review and thanking me for my business. I really appreciate the communication!

I was shocked at how horribly I was treated by this company. They showed up to my work almost two hours after my call (when they said they’d be to my car within the hour) to change my flat tire (I didn’t have the correct tire iron for the lug nuts in my car to change it myself) the man who showed up greeted me by saying “Do you think I’m a miracle worker? I can’t fix this.” When I asked him what he meant, he said “If you couldn’t get someone to change this tire, what makes you think I can do it?” He then put his tools in his truck and drove away! I was speechless. He didn’t offer an explanation as to why he couldn’t change the flat tire, or offer to tow it, or suggest what I should do. He just let me and my flat tire. It almost seemed like a horrible joke. Don’t waste your time with this awful business.

One star for you and the loss of my business. You let me down today. You have always been my go to towing company. Personal and fleet. K and R showed up 5 minutes behind you and was willing to see the job through and safely tow my car off the dealership. I will give the young man two ⭐️⭐️ for effort but zero for lack of willingness to learn how to! Seriously, you were dispatched via GM fleet roadside and you dropped the ball and left me. Fortunately, I was on the phone to fleet letting them know the driver was inexperienced. Please train him. It was a 5 minute fix with the dealership coaching us through the “how to”. I think Tim’s towing was too anxious to move down the road and make an extra buck. FYI, they will be reimbursed for their time and effort. PS he was a nice kid but needs some time learning electronic cars

Older driver with gray beard driving very recklessly and aggressively with his large truck. I was following him for about 5 miles and was surprised he didn't cause an accident.
