It finally happened.... I locked my keys in my car! I called and Paul came out immediately after finishing the job he was on. He worked diligently on my stubborn car and got me in. Paul is very kind and easy going and reassuring. If it had to happen, I'm glad I called Security & Hardware Solutions for help!

100% would recommend Security & Hardware Solutions. It was early evening, very cold and I was stranded with my car key stuck in the lock. My daughter contacted Security & Hardware Solutions (my phone was locked in the car). Paul got there within a half hour. He was friendly and professional. Removing the key turned out to be pretty time consuming and complicated. Even though it was cold, dark and wet Paul remained positive throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood what he was doing, gave good advice on what I needed to follow-up on and charged a very fair price. If I have any security or locksmith needs Security & Hardware Solutions will get my business!

5 star service company w/an owner that understands putting customers needs first. Convenient location on west main east of 131, only one I could find nearby. Owner was knowledgeable and had all locks serviced by the time I’d gotten back from lunch appointment. Referring them to all my local business owner freinds.

Very responsive and handled everything professionally. Made sure I was satisfied and left me with some great advice on how to maintain further. My go-to moving forward! Thanks Paul.

Professional and pleasant service even in the rain, in the dark and a long distance. Greatly appreciated!
