Driver showed up when expected after being dispatched by my insurance company for a tow due to alternator and battery issued. Asked me if he could just jump start the vehicle--didn't seem very pleased when I said that I didn't think that would help the problem and that's why I had asked for a tow. Hooked up my car and away it went. The shop I used said it was exactly what I thought, alternator was completely shot and the battery was on the way to being fried as well. Now I'm looking at my car two days later and find dents and scratches where the large hooks were placed to tow the vehicle. It's disheartening to know that I placed something I rely so heavily on in their care, and it's returned to me with new damage.

I got towed last week by Josh W, came quickly and helped me out in a major way. Extremely professional, solid guy all around. I appreciate his dedication!

I'm really happy the company hired Brady. He is extremely helpful and knows what he is doing. He is very trustworthy, so if I need another tow, I'd only go with Brady from this company (if still an employee for this company the next time I need a tow.) I give Brady 5 stars! If the company allows to request a specific employee, go with Brady!

Luther towing took care of a totaled car for me. Response was quick and the driver was kind and fast to move my vehicle. After the tow, the staff at Luther went above and beyond to make sure I got everything back from my vehicle before my insurance removed it from the impound.

I needed a jumpstart this morning and Luther Towing was one of the few places that answered the phone. They said someone would be out in 1-1.5 hours, Great! 15 minutes later, the driver calls and says he’s 15 minutes away and was there in 10. That is superior service in my opinion! He hooked an auto jumpstart to my little truck and I tried starting it and it didn’t work. He offered to tow it, quoting $125 plus $5 per mile, but I knew it only needed a jump as this keeps happening so I sent him on his way. He called back a short time later and said I’ll need to call the company and pay a cancellation fee, then my neighbor came over and jumped my car, no issue, for free. I called Luther Towing and they told me to disregard the cancellation fee. Nice people!
