I lost my car key and decided to give asap a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how prompt they were able to come out and get a new key made for me. The guy who came out was knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices were very fair! I also had them make a new key for my truck boxes and I had the same experience. Very reputable company, I would highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Moving after 25 years, have probably NEVER used the front door for entry, and could not locate key for front door. Tim very professional, had to put new deadbolt cylinder in, entire process took about 30 minutes.

Called and technician condescendingly doubted the type of key I needed. I told him that my Jeep used a regular key and he rudely stated, “no, your car is too New !” I think I know what kind of key my car used! Told him I will take my business elsewhere. He rudely replied, “good-luck with that.” Just called another local locksmith and they will be here in 30 minutes.

What a complete joke! I go in to copy a key and the owner’s daughter helps me. When I pay she says in a flighty voice, “hopefully they both work.” I ask why wouldn’t they work and she says “I might have done it wrong.” Of course I get home and the keys don’t work. I call the owner and ask for my money back and he says I would have to personally drive back to his shop to get the refund because he doesn’t know how to operate his point of sale equipment. Since I live a half an hour away I wasn’t about to drive back there for a $2 refund. He said he would either figure out how to refund my money to my card or mail me a check. It’s been two weeks and neither has happened. He did offer to meet me in Earth City where I work and he would make another key for me, but I would have lost more in hourly wages taking 15 minutes off work for him to copy the key costing me far more than the $2 key. Just a very frustrating experience all over a $2 key.

Asap is the best place to go and it only took 30 minutes from the time I called. That is fast!
