We had Central Lock and Key re-key our house after purchasing it. Central Lock and Key was very friendly, prompt and courteous. The amount they quoted me over the phone was exactly the amount when they did the job. Overall, highly recommend.

Great service. I lock the keys in my car. They came and unlock it fairly quick and price wasn't bad.

Turn around time was good but I didn't get the impression they were being up front about the price when I was quoted $25 to re-key a lock on my car. I got a call saying my lock cylinder was ready for pickup but the price was $40. The reason given was that the new pins weren't working with the original worn out key I had given them to match so they had to use the factory code to cut me a fresh key for an additional $15. This was a reasonable explanation and I took their word for it at the time. I later checked my old keys in the re-keyed lock and they all still worked fine. I don't mind someone upselling me if they are honest about it but I would investigate any additional charges in the future for any work done by them. Proper shop etiquette would include notifying a customer of additional work beforehand rather than tacking it on to their bill. Especially if it isn't required to complete the work requested. The work done however was acceptable and reasonably quick.

Very helpful staff they went above and beyond to ensure I got the correct key fob for my vehicle!
