I just wanted to say thank you 2 your company and your awesome employee that was able to unlock my car within 30 seconds! I have never seen somebody that good at this job in my life!! I was at Decatur and Sunset and missed the guy's name driving the orange Pop-A-Lock car but he was very nice dark hair dark complexion and extremely professional. I went through State Farm and if you had the chance to request Pop-A-Lock I highly highly recommend them. Once pop a lock found out I had an anti-seizure medication in the car the guy was there and found me in the dark right away!! Thank you to you sir for saving my butt. 😂 Your AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND POP-A-LOCK!!! (I've never given a highly highly recommendation b4 and I've done a lot of reviews) 👍👍👍👍👍

Outstanding customer service. Paul arrived within scheduled time frame. He was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. But what I appreciated most was his genuine friendliness. When I shared that with him. He replied the way I see it. When one of our vehicles shows up for a customer. That customer is not in a good place. If I can take their bad moment and turn it into a positive one. That makes not only them happy. But myself as well. That's an employee who gets the big picture. It's not just about the job, pay, etc etc. It's about people. I know because I'm in the service industry myself. Thank you Paul for turning a bad moment into a positive one. Be safe out there and GOD bless..

Sergio to the Rescue! I never thought I would need the help of my Sonā€™s friend, Sergio, but we always told people who needed to get into their car after locking their keys in it to call him. Today, in Las Vegas, with a sever heat warning, I managed to lock myself outside of my house while cleaning the pool. I called Pop-A-Lock and said to them that I needed help and if possible, would my Sonā€™s friend Sergio be able to come. I am in the cool air conditioning and thanking Pop-A-Lock and Sergio for getting me back into the house without my husband knowing *chuckle*. I also will have them ready the house so I have spares to prevent this from happening again. Thank you!

The experience was quick and easy once the technician arrived. Christian was great and very informative. Diagnosised and remedied my car issue on the spot by replacing the battery opposed to a mere jump. Saved me a lot of time and effort. Definitely refer a friend. Thank you Amber Jackson

I am writing this in utter shock. So I had gotten my car battery replaced and was so impressed with how quick and efficient the service was that when my boyfriend needed his battery replaced I had referred him here. So his battery was replaced but the car didnā€™t start still and while the ā€œtechnicianā€ was there he was able to see that it did not start as well. But we had already paid for is so when I called to see if it what could be done about this issue as we were sold something that does not work I spoke to ā€œJosephā€ who kept interrupting me and cussing at me while I was on the phone. ā€œJosephā€ had told me that ā€œthereā€™s always that one customer and thatā€™s youā€ kind you he told me this while screaming at me on the phone at the top of his lungs! I am in disbelief that someone can be this angry and cruel to speak to someone like this and not even having the respect for their customers to not scream at them. Iā€™m not even upset about the battery Iā€™m upset by how this ā€œmanagerā€ spoke to me. I was telling him how I felt about the overall experience and he literally started laughing at me and hung up! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life and I feel like a fool for recommending someone here. If you want to be treated with respect by a business. Donā€™t use this service.
