I needed my locks changed immediately because I lost my keys. I called Mr. Williams the owner who stated he would come out for 125 dollars. He came and was so unprofessional. He didn’t do the job correctly because I have to struggle with the lock to turn. He used the incorrect screws and didn’t level the lock properly in the door. He got way too comfortable instead of doing his job. He refused to give me a receipt stating he would have charged me more money for a receipt. I wanted to support a black owned business. Please do not waste your time. The job was done incorrectly and wasn’t done professionally. Not to mention he charged the same price as a reputable locksmith who I should have hired in the beginning. He is the worst EVER!!! He doesn’t care about doing quality work. HORRRRRRRRIBLE!!!!! He was more concerned with the way my home looked then completing the work.

I called at 1:40pm and called on the hour every hour and was told i was next and i would be called after 4 hours no call or no show. I decided not to call back. Then i received a texted that they were busy at 6:30pm unexceptable customer service. Left me stranded for hours. Would not recommend.
