I needed multiple keys duplicated and it was done fast and cheap. They were patient and went the extra mile to correct one key that was problematic for me. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Astoundingly rude personnel who don't seem very knowledgeable. Would avoid in favor of other locksmiths/shops in the neighborhood. Update: The rude guy at Cosmic Fischer quoted me $95 for making a skeleton key for a piece of furniture. I took the same lock to Value Locksmith on 49th and the guy was super-nice and charged me $15. Avoid this place at all costs, and go to Value.

The owner of this business is a real jerk! I don't like to give business to dishonest businesses, I hope they go out of business!! Don't call them for locksmith work, unless you like to be taken advantage of and get treated like a cash machine than a customer.

Horrible customer service and extremely rude and arrogant, I will never go to this place or recommend any of my friends to this establishment.

I purchased a lock and installation from Cosmic. Fourteen months later the lock failed. I went to Cosmic and spoke with the owner. Although the lock was only warrantied for three months, Cosmic was willing to communicate with me and was sympathetic with my dissatisfaction. Ultimately they replaced and installed the lock cylinder free of charge. I greatly appreciate this company's willingness to respond to the individual situation so professionally and to sometimes compromise in the face of strict policy. Thank you Cosmic Fischer Locks for a job well done!
