Good merchandise and knowledgeable staff. Only thing I don't like about this location is lack of tact when it comes to watching people.

Had two appointments to get cameras serviced (2011). The first time the installer didn't have a tall enough ladder and made an appointment the following week. No one showed up to that appointment. I left a message about being stood up and never received a return call. I called the next day and got lots of apologies...The cameras themselves are just "okay" for what we paid for them. Fast forward 5 years later (2016)...thought I would give them ANOTHER CHANCE...Recently called to upgrade our system and got put on hold. Receptionist then took my name and said someone would get back to me...NO ONE EVER CALLED. I decided to move on to "Professional Security Consultants Inc." after getting a recommendation from a fellow business owner. The service I am getting from them is like NIGHT AND DAY!
