I called them at 5 am on Sunday morning, they said they would be there in 20 minutes and they were. They were fast and professional and charged exactly what they quoted. Thanks Cataract Safe & Lock!

Horrible experience, I when there at 3pm they told me they guy that could create my car key would be gone for an hour. So I came back at 4:30pm and they said that I had just missed the guy with a smile on his face... Not sure if they are just incompetent or racist! Buy at the end I'm happy because I found a place I buffalo that made my key for half the price!

I had a very Awesome experience with Cataract Safe & lock. Last Sunday 5/29 @ 1:30 PM on my long weekend we have visited speedboats in Lewiston. I've lost my car keys and approached toyota service center. Cataract Safe & Lock person reached me within 15-20 Min and unlocked my car in just 2 mins without damaging my car. He is such a talented & experienced person. Sorry i could not attend the toyota feedback call, i was driving at that time and could not give proper feedback in IVR call & they did not call me back again. But not worries i will call toyota and give the Excellent feedback about your service. Thanks a lot to cataract & the one who helped me.(Sorry forgot your name.) Thanks Pavan Kavuri
