They are great on making keys but their customer service sucks. Tried to get a car key made. They soleme the wrong kind of key as it was not fully explained by then and a misunderstanding from their poor explanation and details. Their policy is no refunds but exchanges. I got neither!! I was told that if I wanted the correct key then I would have to pay full price for their mistake. Asked to speak to a manager to see if there was a way to correct it. She would not come out to speak to me. She just talked behind a wall as if I couldn't hear her talking about me. I tested all of my keys at the store before leaving. Complete rip off!! Never going back again!!!

I have tried to do business with this place three separate times. Each time the staff are rude and condescending. This last time the older guy was a complete A-HOLE. Made a duplicate key for me that didn't work at all and refused to make another unless I paid for it. I don't know how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

I have always brought my key need here so this is what happened 5/3/2018. Took locks in to be rekeyed for an apartment complex he told me I was 3rd in inline he had others ahead of me I said that was fine even then he was Rude! This guy was a REDHEAD the man I usually deal with is white headed sorry they don't wear name tags, now I know why!, he must be the son of the owner or the owner. Went back to pick up the 3 that he stated he had done when I said that I needed only a total of 13 and that I would take the rest. The REDHEAD lost his mind said take them take, them take them all.... we are not doing anymore. I dont allow people to treat me the he did and then when I said let me pay you I don't want your charity my credit card was slung back at me....I admit that I Came unglued ...I own it because no one is going to treat me that way and get away with it this is not the half of what transpired but I don't have the time to give all the details...The website is a lie the customer service is terrible and they are all RUDE

Best place in town to get keys made. They can make any key. They also do locks and safes. Staff is the best.
