So, let me start by saying I did not call them. I had a flat tire on my trailer. I was fixing it with the jack in my van. I looked up and the truck Ultimate Towing was right there. He stopped, without being asked and offered his commercial 2 ton jack. For those who ever changed a trailer tire with a regular bottle jack know this SUCKS! He just pulled out his jack and offered it at No Charge! He said it was much safer! Which it truly is significantly safer. I finished changing my tire. He put his jack away and never asked for a thing! This is the type of business you want out there. Making things better for everyone. I took some of his cards to insure I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you.

Very pleasant and professional people to deal with. Shawn came up to Fancy Gap towed my rig to their shop do to a blown air compressor, constantly kept me updated on the progress, great guy!! THEY HAD A MECHANIC COME IN ON JULY 4TH AND COMPLETE THE WORK to get me going on my way WOW!!! If it was some other shop I'd be stuck there who know how long. Big thanks to Shawn and UltimateTowing I would recommend these guys over ANY others in the surrounding area.

Last week I had a roadside assistance call and the previous service tech didn’t have a powerful enough jumper pack or vehicle to start my vehicle. I had to have a second roadcall sent out. George Smith shoes up in 25 min when I was advised he would arrive in 40. Mr Smith was SOOOO awesome. He helped me get a battery for my vehicle and assisted with an issue with my interlock. I was so happy that the previous call had to request an additional call because although I was stranded for three hours it was worth it to have Mr Smith come and assist me on the road call. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I greatly appreciate him, his professionalism and exceptional care he took in doing his job. Geroge your AWESOME!!!!

Not one to write reviews, however, this one is well deserved. I took my 12 year old daughter from Wake Forest to Asheville to see a small venue concert that she has been wanting to see. We drove 4 hours and had a great time. On the way home, my car died on 40 in the middle of nowhere (for me at least) and I was still 3 hours from home. I called Kia roadside assistance to find out I was over mileage and it was no longer valid. I called my insurance company, who said they would tow me 5 miles. After an hour of deciding what to do, my insurance company patched me through to Ultimate. Shortly after, Derrick arrived and was polite, professional and even took my daughter and I to get get a drink, since we were sitting in the car for a while. I told him I wanted to get my car home to Wake Forest, but couldn't afford the $650.00 tow bill. He suggested I leave my car on his lot for a day or two, and I could come back and tow the car myself with a tow dolly. He did this without asking me for any money and even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed help pushing my car onto the dolly when I arrived. Tow companies have a bad name, but it's definitely not from guys like this!
