B safe locksmiths just did a great job re-keying all the locks in our new house. They were timely and professional and very reasonably priced. They even made a special trip to stop back over when we had a question for them as a courtesy. Would highly recommend!!

Today I had your locksmith Mike, come and help me get into my car. We met up at about the same time he had it done quick. He drove an hour and a half to help which was awesome in it's own. Very good guy thanks again Mike.

I am very upset. My father is in the hospital. I locked myself out of my house. It was time for me to pick up my kids from school. I was frantic to say the least. I call B Safe Locksmiths to come and unlock my door since I was the idiot. The gentleman showed up within 15-20 minutes which was great. However he tried 2 different locks and could not get either one of my doors unlocked. My son ( who walked home from school in 30+ degree weather found that the kitchen window (which I could not reach) was open and climbed in and unlocked the doors. I was still charged the full amount for a service call that their people could not complete. I am rather upset and when I tried to call they were already closed. I do not mind paying something but the full price is not right especially for a service they did not complete! Update Dale just called me and is giving me a full refund. Once I get that check I will then give him 5 stars. Thank you for your understanding and I will call again!
