I've been using Larry's for 20+ years with generally good result. Recently, they replaced a dead battery in my car's key fob with a bad battery which failed within weeks. When I went to get it replaced, they alternately said: 1) they couldn't warrant a battery, 2) it wasn't all the way dead, 3) it COULD be a problem with my key fob (which hadn't had problems before the dead battery), or 4) it COULD be a problem with my car (even though the other key fob works fine). If they do this to avoid a $5 customer service issue, I wonder what they'll do on a larger one. Unbelievable!

We called them to install a Samsung digital door lock that we purchased. The guy wasn't there 5 minutes and told me the lock wouldn't work because our door isn't solid wood. I contacted Samsung and was assured that as long my door met the width requirements, which it does, the lock could be installed in any type of door. Before Larry's was even out of my driveway, I was on the phone with A.B. Bonded. They came out the next day and installed my lock no problem.

I had bought a new house and wanted to get it rekeyed to one key. Upon the reccomendation of my realtor, I called Larry's Lock. They got me in on the day I needed and gave me a time window to expect their services. I was happy that they gave me a call about 1/2 hour ahead of time so I was ready for them. They were in and out quickly and were very professional. The price was also fair especially since i realized a had 5 locks instead of 3, which wasn't an issue for them. I would highly recommend them and will keep their number in the future for my locksmith needs!

Rude and Condescending! Company installed strike locks on 2 of the doors in my newly built facility. One of the two locks stayed hot to the touch while the other remained cool while not in use. I called to find out if this was problematic. Receptionist sent out technician who told me that this was normal operation... then sent me a service bill of $87! Never spoke to a technician prior to them coming out. I was never informed of a service charge. When you install something and someone calls concerned about it malfunctioning 2 weeks after install... and then you charge them without disclosing that prior to coming out? Ridiculous! Avoid using these folks. Rip Off! Update 5/4/17 - Locking device does not work. Probably burned out due to the heat. I'm sure this is normal after 3 months!
