Called on a Saturday night, came out within an hour. Very friendly service. Tried every way possible to unlock my car with patience and didn’t damage the car. Would reccommend to any friend.

I couldn't say if they do good work or not...all I can say is they apparently didn't want my business. I called their place to get a price on a deadbolt for my home. The lady who answered said the guy to talk to wasn't there and that she would have him call me back....never heard from them again. Must be nice to be so successful you can ignore customers. I took my business elsewhere!

Good price and quick service but terribly rude. I got locked out of my place on accident. Whoever was on call July 4, 2018 was extremely rude to me. He showed up on time, but then sat in his car next to me talking on the phone for 10 minutes without acknowledging me. Gets out and immediately tells me he's in a hurry. Reminds me about 10 times that it's the 4th of july and wants to be home with his kids. Then when he asked me about buying keys, he suggested I "throw him a bone" and purchase his keys since I made him come out on the 4th of July. Terrible customer service but fair prices for a holiday.

I dropped off a door lock cylinder from a 15 year old Kenworth truck. The technician tore the lock apart freed up the stuck parts, cleaned, buffed the tiny components, lubricated it and reassembled. Works like new, at 20% of the cost of new cylinders from the dealer! Plus my old keys fit as opposed to using replacement parts. The service was provided while I ran errands in Medina. Can't say enough good about the service and price. Other businesses could learn from these guys when it comes to service.
