Business at The Church

Jul 21, 2018

First off, I almost never do reviews. But this one needs to be told. I called for a tow due to problems with my exhaust believing that the way my car sounded and the way it felt when driving, the tow would be safer. The gentleman on the line explained what was probably going on and said I could drive the car at a slow pace to my mechanic. He promised that if I had a problem to call him and he would come and get me. HONESTY LIKE THAT IS RARE. They could have just taken the money and done the 15 minute tow. I drove the car very slowly and dropped it off. I was super nervous, but I survived the experience. HAHA. I've already spread the word to my friends and will definitely recommend this company.

Same guy named “mike” from BIG DOGS TOWING AND AUTO SALVAGE“. THEIVES. Will steal your items if they can get in your car. Never seen anything g as ghetto as this. Will store your car at another alias glass repair business on console avenue. Shady, crooked to say the least. ILL BE GETTING THE SHERIFF INVOLVED because they didn’t have “valid” authority to tow from private lot. Towing comanies post their establishments name on signs if they are contacted to tow from private lots, these guy are not posted anywhere, and they even called in the tow to a different city jurisdiction!!! (Car was in holland Ohio, these shady thieves called it in to toledo cuz toledo is less hassle). These theives stole everything from my trunk, fishing, hunting, painting tools to say the least. +$1500 worth. These guys drive around and tow illegally. The condo association and Kohl’s parking lot have an agreement that residents can park at Kohl’s. Kohl’s management never requested the tow. They will STEAL YOUR BELONGING. If you see the glass repair established on console avenue and reviews on BIG DOGS TOWING AND AUTO SALVAGE you’ll understand. Total scum bags.

Prompt and courteous service. I needed my car towed as quickly as possible and All Hours Towing and Recovery was there right away. My car broke down at night and I was alone. I explained the urgency when I called and they took very good care to get there quickly and get my car and myself home. I will definitely call them again if needed and I will also tell everyone I know about them. Keep up the great customer service. Very happy with them.

I had a 67 GMC pickup truck stored beside my garage for the last 10 years. Unfortunately it sank into the ground. All Hours Towing arrived very quickly and spent the time necessary to recover and relocate it. Best towing service in town!
