Alonso was great and super respectful. I just moved into a new home over the holiday weekend and had to finish setting up my utilities. He was very polite and professional. Would recommend again. Thanks for all the help.

Poor customer service. I came in with a key broke off in a lock that I needed help getting out. I was being helped until 2 other people walked in & I was told he needed to help them first. 10 minutes later he could get back to helping me. I told him normally people are helped as they come in & I was upset for being pushed aside when I was being helped first. The response I got was "well yours is a hard fix". First off that would have been nice to communicate to me as your pushing me aside and secondly how did you know mine was going to be more difficult before speaking with the others that came I'm after me? After finishing he just handed me yjr lock & said here you go. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I will drive 20 minutes to the other store next time. These guys are a joke.

This is the place to go in Medford for all your lock and key needs. They gave me a very good price for doing some work to make a key from a tumbler I brought in and it took them a couple of hours to do it but they still only charged me $30. I will definitely be back! Great staff.
