The people at this company care about customer safety and long term support. My husband and I purchased a brand new home and we had no idea our locks were negligently installed incorrectly. He put everything the way it was supposed to be and explained every step so I fully understood how my locks work. I feel secure and supported should I ever get locked out of my home as a key can be made at his shop for me to pick up with a simple code. This is the place to call for all your lock and key needs!

Lost my car key at Cannon Beach and he was able to come out to me in only an hour and a half (and that was only because he was already helping someone at the time). Got my key made on the spot and I was off. Saved me a big towing and re key fee at the dealership. Thank you so much!!! Customer service was awesome too, I highly recommend.

Our realtor recommended them to rekey our new home. Mike came in assessed the different locks and numerous keys. He came up with a plan to streamline the system and adjusted all the mechanics of the locks to work easily. Customer service at a five star level!
