Horrible service. Greeted the guy working there, he just ignored me & kept staring. Had a pair of GM blank keys that needed to be cut. Told me they don't do that. The guy was trying to sell me his keys instead. Have not seen such bad service.

This shop has helped us with some hard-to-find key styles. They appear to be the only locksmith that has the type of keys that work with our doors. Thanks!

Our Real Estate Group, used A Assured and got excellent service! They were flexible with squeezing us into their schedule and were in/out in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend!

Had just moved to Lake Oswego and a file cabinet that I didn't have the key for got locked during the move. I thought I was going to have to drill the lock because another locksmith wanted $65 to come out and put in a new lock. The cabinet wasn't worth that. Instead these guys asked for the number on the lock, made me a key based on that code. The key worked perfectly and it only cost $10. If I ever need locksmith work done, these guys will be the first I call.

I have been working with Brent, the owner of the shop, for a number of years dealing with various lock updates and repairs. He is such a thoughtful and helpful person who gives the kind of service one expected 20 some year ago. Thank you Brent for your continued support and excellent service with some tricky lock situations.
