Came in to find that the Janitorial staff had locked my office door by mistake with the key inside. Put in a call to Johnny and he was at my office in 15 minutes and had the door open 2 minutes later so I could get to work! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service provided!

My son locked his keys in the car. Johnny Locksmith was there in 20 minutes and charged a reasonable rate for his service.

One star for coming quickly even though there was no rush and a second star for fixing the door lock. He finally did as I asked after arguing with me for an hour and then calling his arguments "problem solving." All I wanted was a front door lock replaced and I asked for a deadbolt to be added. He refused to install the deadbolt. He reluctantly replaced the door lock. I found him to be bossy, expensive, presumptuous. There are other locksmiths in town, call them first, I won't use this guy again.
