I called Pacific Coast Lock & safe on Tuesday evening. The tech came to my home the next morning right on time and did an awesome job making all my entry doors have one key. He was fast and even swept the floor. I highly recommend this company

Needed to change all locks on my new home. Went in to make an appointment, with the expectation that it would take a few days before opening. Much to my delight Jesse followed me home and the entire job was done within an hour. Pricing is reasonable, never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Great, honest, polite customer service. Thank you!

I needed a lock rekeyed for a new business. I think Jesse is who helped me. He was on time, professional, & friendly. He made sure I was happy and answered my questions. I've also met Art and he is also very nice and professional. I highly recommend them!!

Arrived at friend's beach house and security couldn't find the key. Pacific Coast came out and discreetly gained access, disassembled the key mechanism and provided us with a key. Very professional, very prompt, very knowledgeable, and very reasonable rates! Thank you Jerimy!

I own a small heirloom suitcase which contains almost 200 letters written before and during World War II. Last week it was accidently locked, so was taken to 3 locksmiths in the Gleneden Beach-Newport area. With each unsuccessful attempt to unlock the suitcase, the locksmith would say, "Get in touch with Pacific Coast Lock and Safe company in Lincoln City." On Monday afternoon, I made contact with owner Art Moore who said he was in the shop. He worked on the lock for a half hour and then asked if I could leave the suitcase overnight. The task proved to be quite a challenge because others who had attempted to unlock it had jammed the mechanisms. After several hours of working on the mechanism, Art was successful in opening the lock without damaging the suitcase or the contents. I am very grateful!
