Maintenance crew who come out the house are nice and respectful & so are The office personnel who answer the phones But. The slum Lords that use Keystone property management as a buffer should be ashamed of themselves renters are important to hopefully theyll find that out before it's too late And the renters find another way or another place to rent

Just speak with them ask to meet the staff and you will see how horrible the majority of them are, don't believe me or anyone else, meet them, all of them and speak to your perspective neighbors about them when they are not there and you will find out for yourself.

the woman in that office are ridiculously rude and ignorant to the max. May be the owner or manager how ever they should really work on how to speak to their tenants or upcoming renters ! would not advise anyone to rent from these people or have them manage your places!!!

This company should be shut down!! They have keys to your apartment and walk in when they feel like it, no matter if you are home or not!. They Do Not follow their own lease. If you leave any type of item in the appartment when your moving out they will charge you a bunch of money with out warning, and take your sucuriry deposite. I Do Not recommend going through this company at all!
