Thank you so much for letting us back into our apartment tonight Nick! After calling two other companies who were charging insane amounts of money and had wait times of 45 min to an 1 hour (in 30degree weather)....I wish I had called you first! Nick arrived within 20 minutes of my call, charged a very reasonable price, and even made recommendations for a safer and more secure door. Will absolutely call again if needed and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and professional locksmith.

In a comedy of errors, we were locked out of our house on Halloween. The kids were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. Nick was fantastic! He was quick and very personable and even provided suggestions on a better lock! Hopefully we won’t have to call him again — but Would if it happened again!!

Locked my dumbass out of my car. Called this service and Nick was able to get to me in 30 mins. Got my car open in 5 minutes. Great service and fair price for the situation. 10/10 would recommend.

I had Nick come out and change 3 locks for my home. He was prompt, worked quickly, and reasonable with his pricing. 3 locks were broken and or missing keys, he fixed one and installed 2 new handles, all working via one universal key. He came on 3 hours notice too. Everything was easy. I recommend NLPD.
