I am not one to complain, but I feel it is necessary. I gave two stars only because, Paul, was timely when coming to our home. When he arrived he was very rude. He made it extremely clear that we were a huge inconvenience to him. There was not one point during his visit that I felt comfortable. I understand it is never fun to get called after 'work hours', but that is his job, do not take it out on a paying customer. The issue was also something that the previous locksmith that works here did incorrectly. If it was something that was our fault, I would take the blame and not even take the time to write this review. I will be going somewhere else if this happens again unfortunately. It is never fun for someone to question how you do things in your own home, that is none of their business. Come over, do the job, be respectful, and leave. Easy.

Great service! Didn’t take him long to get here! And he was quick and really nice and reasonably priced! I would recommend!

Very rude receptionist. They did call back and complete the job, so I added a star. Nonetheless, the receptionist was terrible.

They do great work! Fixed my lockset which saved me from buying a new one.

The best thing you can say about a locksmith is that their keys work. I have taken some very difficult keys in to have copies made, and they have replicated them perfectly when others have failed. I would recommend them to anyone.
