This company's customer service has suffered greatly in the last year. What once was my go to locksmith is now a company I will personally never use again and give notice to everyone I know to be aware you will get good products but lousy service from this owner. This is my tale of woe. You decide if you want similar treatment. I had a new auto remote made and it worked great. Price was high but oh well. The technician somehow gave me a second key but there is where the problem begins. The blank was cut except for a small metal tab on the end of the blank. Being an ignorant consumer I thought the key was complete and upon finding it in my pocket on Sunday, I tried to start the car with the second key. The key jammed in the lock and would neither go in or come out. I called this company and left a message at 7:30am stating the problem and asking for a return call. The call did not come and I called back at 1:00pm. The guy that answered said he was the owner, claimed he did not understand the issue, claimed he did not have anyone to respond to the need, and refused to do anything but look at it when I had the car towed to his shop. I requested he send someone to the car on Monday morning and he responded he might be able to do so if he had anyone available. My protested and explained the difficulties his refusal and uncertainty caused but he was adamant he would do nothing else. He hung up on me and left me stranded. I will never do business with this company again.

Don’t know why buy I love this place. Literally only a lock smith. More than just keys copied, but mobile lock smithing, safes, car keys and remote programming.

I would highly advise you to find another locksmith, this company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with any other business. I was quoted one price and then charged another. The owner is very rude and argues with employees right in front of customers. Very poorly managed business, we will take our business elsewhere!

Love this place! They can get it done, even keys for older cars. Always a friendly smile, not the cheapest but the best.

Never mind all the negative reviews on here...this company can do what no others can do here locally...If they are running behind it's because they are booked out...I bought a 2003 Jaguar with no keys...NO locksmith could do it being a Jaguar....trust me I called them all...only the dealer and the dealer wanted $1200 dollars...this company showed up on time and got it done for $450 dollars...I run a small business doing auto repair and I will send them any of my customers that need locks done.
