This is worst experience I've ever encountered in any customer service situation. I would not recommend anybody to deal with this company. I was told it was a $60 fee over the phone and I was ready to pay with my debit card but his machine was down. Once he pick me up he said it was $75. I picked up my car the next morning and he charged me $40 more for storage fee. If his debit machine worked I would not have had to have my car stored at his shop and could have left my car at my job. This tow company needs to be shut down!!!!

Dont even bother calling them it will just be a waste of time. Driver lies and says hes coming and then all of s sudden they will have a issue or may not even answer when you have waited 2 hours to get your vehicle towed. Not my first time dealing with them but definitely the last!
