-1🌟 Do lock your keys in your house. They will rip you off!

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Stay away from them. They came out to rekey our car. They said they couldn't and would need to replace the ignition instead (more expensive). The tech drilled out the wrong part and messed up the steering column and left, saying he needed to talk to his supervisor about what to do or if they needed to replace the column. He called back later and said they don't have the tool to fix it. Refunded my money. Called other local locksmiths. They said not only could the car have been rekeyed, it there is no special tool. No one else will touch it since they messed it up. The original company just knew they messed up and wanted out. So now I'm stuck with a broken car. I don't blame the tech. He kept trying to call for help but his boss wouldn't answer. But I'm not sure how that is now MY problem. They will screw up your car and leave! I can't do anything now.

I had them come out to make a replacement key for a vehicle. They spent 2.5 hours on it, tried 2 keys, went to Ace Hardware to get another key, and were still unable to get them programmed and working. They disconnected the battery to 'reset' the system, checked fuses, and after a bunch of fiddling around told us the ECM module needed to be replaced because it wasn't letting the vehicle program the new keys. They gave us the 3 keys (that hadn't been programmed to work) and a bill of almost $100 for their 'services'. I called another company out and they had the keys programmed and the vehicle running in less than 6 minutes.
