Took a blank transponder key in to be cut and programmed. Whole process took less than 10 minutes. I asked the tech if the key was working and he replied yes. Next day I drove to a local establishment and when I tried to get back in my vehicle I was unable to open the door. I was locked out. And my phone was in the vehicle. Yeah I should have tested the key before I left the locksmith. Yeah I should not have trusted the word of the tech when he told me it was working, but I did. I still blame the locksmith for not doing the job right the first time. Waste of my time and fuel returning to the locksmith to have the key repaired but they did fix the problem and were apologetic about the situation.

My keys chip had been damaged and my car wouldn’t start at all! So I called the pros of keys! Premier locksmith! They were able to help me out and tell me what the problem was over the phone! They sent a tech out to me ASAP which was about an hr. Nate showed up and was able to solve the problem! Unfortunately I needed a new key but it was better then being careless! He was able to explain to me what had happened and was able to give me a new key! Great service and great work! Would recommend them to be your first call if you ever locked out or need key services!

SO GLAD I GOT TONY TO HELP ME REPLACE A LOST KEY MY 13 YEAR OLD, WHEELCHAIR BOUND SISTER AND I WERE DOWN TOWN MCALLEN LOOKING FOR A PROM DRESS (JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL). I LOST MY CAR KEYS. THANKS TO TONY I WAS ABLE TO GET NOT ONE BUT TWO KEYS MADE. I'VE WORKED IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR 18 YEARS. I KNOW THE COST TO REPLACE A KEY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING.
