Said 20 min and it was nearly an hour. With two toddlers. Geeeee thanks! Slim Jim’s is WAY better, and cheaper. Don’t use this place.

BOTTOM LINE: Great service, reasonable price. STORY - The Other Guys Before calling Pop-A-Lock, I had called two other locksmiths. This was around 10:30pm, so it was outside of standard operating hours. The first company requested in their voicemail that I call twice, and then they will call me back if I leave a message the second time. They never did. The second company said they would come, and they never did (over two hours by the time I got Pop-A-Lock came to my rescue, and locksmith 2 never came and never called to explain. STORY - Pop-A-Lock Excellence * Gave an estimated time of arrival of 30 minutes, arrived within 35 minutes (that's acceptable to me, especially given I had been stood up by the 2nd locksmith after waiting over an hour and a half). * The staff (both at the call center and the locksmith) were professional and friendly. * I was back into my car within 90 seconds of the technician's arrival. * The locksmith took the time to explain how their pricing worked and what I could expect if I called during more normal hours. * The locksmith left his number, and stated that if I called him directly in the future, he could offer discounted prices.
