I called these guys in a panic one morning, because while I thought my puppy was safe for just a few minutes inside my car still on with the AC blasting, I didn't account for his ability to jump up and hit the lock button with his paws. They came to my rescue quickly, and also assured me that this happens all the time, and I was not a horrible puppy mom like I felt!

I needed a lock changed on a unit and Steve was great. He was able to do the job quickly under 5 minutes and spent the rest of the time educating on the process and how he got into the business; he has been around it since childhood as his father was in the same line of work. This outfit has been around for 40 years here in Austin. I definitely will be using them as my go-to for all future jobs.

I had an appointment with the Buick dealership to get my car key and fob copied. It was going to cost me about $150. That's a lot for me, so I started shopping around. My co-worker recommended this shop. I decided to just get my key copied and not the fob, it's really just for emergencies anyway. The interior of the building is really charming, reminiscent of old south Austin culture with lots of neat keys hanging on the walls. The shop owners and their dog were friendly and charming as well. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes- maybe more like 5. The key only cost me $27 and it works like a charm. THANK YOU SHARP BROS!
