I have one of those fire safes you get at Walmart that I lost the key to in a move, with important documents locked inside. Calling around, I got quoted some ridiculously high prices to open it from $70 to $200. Admittedly, those guys come to you to open your locks and my safe is small enough to carry easily. So I called Cothron’s on I-35 and they told me to come right in. They opened the safe like the experts they are, had me out of there in 10 minutes, were super friendly, charged me only $17 and even gave me a working key! Highly recommended!

Gets pretty busy sometimes so you might have to wait but they work fast and have a very positive attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Last night I had a great experience with Logan Olsen! He helped me out of my locked apartment because of a hardware issue with the magnetic lock, and stayed to help me figure out the best solution to get it fixed. Thanks Logan!

Dude was a *^*(& on the phone. Call started with a sigh...put me on hold while asking a simple question about a color of mortise cylinder...came back and told me he had one in stock...let him know that was the wrong color...seemed pissed put me back on hold...phone cut out a bit so asked for him to reiterate how many he had in stock because i needed four and he answered yes to a question that required a number answer...sorry i took 30 seconds of your life dude. Not going to buy anymore for my commercial jobs and going to return what i have bought from this company and go somewhere else.
