Very friendly staff who provided all the answers to our questions. Very patient with customers that are unfamiliar with safe specifications and provide a expert opinion based off your buying needs. They delivered our safe to our home quickly and care about your property as well as your purchase. Extremely professional, and we will buy from the again!

CUSTOMER PREVENTION at its finest! I had 6 keys cut last week - 2 of which didn't work. I went in today with all the keys in my hand and told him 2 didn't work - with a scowl he said OK. I asked - OK what? Again, with the same scowl he said - do you want to get them fixed? YOU THINK? It went downhill from there, so when he said he was the owner I left - never to darken his door again. One of the worst examples of customer service I've ever encountered.

I have went to this business 5 times over the last year or so. And 5 out of those 5 times they have been unable to help me AT ALL. All times i had different needs. This last time takes the cake. On Thursday I dropped off a simple hitch lock and asked for a key, guy kinda of blew me off, asked for my name and number and said he would call....no call Thursdsy, no call Friday. I called Saturday but of course the office was closed. I get a message Monday morning that they are...once again....unable to help me due to not having the correct blank. Super frustrating. Will never try to do business with this company again. Giving one extra star for occasionally being nice.
