Called for an residential unlock and appreciated them being upfront about being very busy with a long wait time. They kindly referred another business so I would be served quickly rather than waiting. Very rare in today's competitive world where dollars mean more than customer service. Very satisfied. As a bonus, the referral was great, so they value their word and referral as well! Have also used for key copies and buying supplies. Excellent inventory, helpful staff, and clean store. Definitely recommend.

Called to re-key my two of my doors. Talked to Vicky in dispatch, and she was able to get me in pretty quick. Very pleasant! We've used them in the past and they do great work.

Went here after trying Ace and True Value, who didn't have other blanks. Went here, two keys, made well, fit perfectly. Pays to go straight to a specialist.

They cut keys the old fashion way.... so I have never had to go back because a key never worked. And Ive had at least 50 keys made...and staff is all the same ...since Ive lived here 8 years..thats always nice.

Contacted office around noon time and scheduled appointment between 6-8pm. The Service Tech contacted me around 6:30pm to reconfirm. ST mentioned leaving another appointment so we rushed to our rental property. We waited from 6:55pm-8:33pm for services. We tried contacting ST with no luck.
