Their tow driver damaged our vehicle and left us with an extra repair bill. Read all their reviews(facebook, yelp, etcetc.) before doing #badbuisness with these people. Upon searching further reviews I've found out about many lawsuits involving this business. Unfortunately it's not worth my time or money to take action lawfully. Instead I'll leave this here for everyone else to decide wether or not to call the next guy, with good reviews, for their needs.. Or get screwed over by this BAD BUSINESS!! Beware of all 3 locations in North East Texas!

Their yellow wrecker driver in Mt Vernon is a rude waste of air.

Overall bad experience I felt like I wasn't wanted around the shop.I left it on a wed and drop from dallas to sulphur springs on a sat only to find out my truck was parked along the fence untouched so I drove it back to dallas in 4th gear.Theres one mechanic who wasn't friendly with me.They lady at the desk was nice and the big guy was cool.I truly felt a racist vibe from those guys. But no matter what at the end of the day my money is green like everyone else
