Helpful and friendly. Made 2 copies of my vehicle key and programmed them quickly. As an added bonus the machine that cuts the high security auto keys sounds a bit like those old school Atari games.

Came in asked for 4 copies of my key. Quickly they made then and then I asked for a remote key and they said they were it of stock for the kind of my car but said I could buy it now and they would call me when it came in. As I was leaving the got came out and said that they actually had one that a customer never came to pick it up so they programed that one really quick and I was off. It's like $3per copy and $75 for a remote key. Super fast and easy

We locked ourselves out on a Saturday night and were in a hurry to get our car open. We called many different locksmiths near us with little success. Jake, I believe was his name, was the most responsive when we talked to him on the phone. He was very quick getting to our location and was very friendly. He was honest about the price and we paid what he stated would be the estimated cost when we first talked on the phone.

I have been going to this business for almost 10 years, and they have always treated me right. I am usually in and out within 10 - 15 minutes depending on the customer load. They have earned my trust and loyalty, as I have never had a problem with their finished product, and I am always treated as a priority even when their busy.

So I took my dog with me to get gas, left the keys in the ignition to pump the gas, and of course my dog pushed the lock down on the door and locked me out of my car! I called Orem Locksmith and got Randy. It was after hours so I figured the price would be outrageous, but I had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was! And to top it off Randy was there within 15 min! He had the door open so fast I couldn't believe it. What great customer service! Randy was fast, efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Randy!!! I would definitely recommend Orem Locksmith, and they are lucky to have Randy there!
