Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Bob’s Lock. Our housekeeper had dismantled our deadbolt (this is a Friday after work) because it was sticky, and could not re-assemble it. We had no way to lock our home. Not a service call that can be put off till tomorrow. We called Bob’s Lock and described the issue to them and asked for help. They said they would be there in a hour or so. We waited an hour and a half, without any word from them, and called to inquire to their status. The technician answered the phone and said he was called on “lock outs” and those take priority over a deadbolt. I was not told that I could be re-prioritized when I initially called the company, but could understand a person being locked out, so I patiently asked when we thought he might be able to get to our house. His reply “I don’t know... right now you’re next on the list, unless something comes up....” I said, OK, that sounds good, hopefully we will see you soon. Another two hours go by, it is now getting to be dusk, and no update. I call him back to inquire, and he responds “I am still on this job, I will come to your house next, unless something comes up.” At that point, I was completely exhausted (almost 4 hours) from trying to be patient with someone who had no interest in trying to help us. I called another company, which promptly took our call, I asked if they re-prioritize their calls for lock-outs, and they said no. They service each and every customer in the order they come in. I do not write reviews very often, but this behavior warranted one. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service and treatment I received tonight. Highly unprofessional.

Awesome and very quick service. I got home when he already cut me a key and my car started. I will recommend them to anyone. The guy that came was very friendly and seems like he knows exactly what he is doing and does it well. thank you very much!!!

I had these guys show up literally in 10 minutes and did my keys. Took no longer then 15 minutes to do 2 of them both spare and regular use one. Josh was amazing with everything and it super fast. Definitely calling them again for any use. Thank you guys so much.

Bob’s guys were true professionals. Really nice and came when we were in a pinch. We had a gun safe delivered to our house but the delivery service would not take it inside our house. We called Bob’s and they came and helped us that same day. It was not an easy job to take it downstairs but they did it with ease and very quickly. Would definitely use again. Thank you for the help!!

I called Bob’s lock this morning because I needed my Honda’s ignition and keys replaced. Justin and Josh were both knowledgeable and kind. I booked an appointment for the same day. Josh came out to my home, fixed my car, and made two keys! It wa terrific service and reasonable prices. Thank you so much!
