Shame these guys would put a wheel clamp on an ambulance. Who does that? In response to the reply from owner: An EMT is always on duty. Though no laws were broken, and this took place on private property- there's a thing called being congenial. On a side note, your responses are less than professional. Copy-pasted BS. Soon, the media will be on your tail though. Have fun with that.

Listen, I don’t disagree at all that booting an ambulance is not a good gesture. But you’re talking about one instance in many many customer interactions. Let me share a positive one; I was sitting in the intersection of Bangerter Highway and 4700 S last week and witnessed a pretty nasty crash. I stopped to help and check on the folks and seconds later there was an ABC driver there who had blocked traffic to prevent another accident and was checking on the well being of the drivers. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured. The tow truck driver stayed on scene keeping everyone safe until the police came and then he left. Didn’t even try to take advantage of the situation and tow one of the cars. Kudos to the ABC driver for going out of his way to stop, help, and stay to keep those in an accident Safe. (and probably losing money as a result)

THESE GUYS BOOT AMBULANCES. IS THAT ILLEGAL??? IT SHOULD BE!!! Like I am legitimately sat next to the ambulance driver in question. you can find all of their complaints on twitter. we're gonna be pursuing this, my dudes. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. An old lady was DENIED IMMEDIATE CARE because of this SHADY company booting an AMBULANCE because heck, the driver wanted to grab some lunch and the ambulance was too big to park at the restaurant of choice. LOGIC?? YEAH LET'S BOOT AN ABULMACE. HOW DENSE CAN YOU GUYS BE. WE THE PEOPLE DEMAND A DANG APOLOGY.

Told us that they would be here to pick up a truck the night before but the truck was still on the property when we arrived the next morning. We called again to find out what happened and the man that answered was VERY rude and said "Are you a paying customer? Oh so you're a free customer and you're asking us what our schedule is to pick up your truck for free?". First of all, it wouldn't be a "free" tow because they would still get paid by the vehicle owner when they picked up their truck. Second, you don't treat your customers with such disrespect. We are a very large, well-known, reputable company and just needed a tow company to remove a vehicle that has been parked on our 20 minute parking lot for hours and hours. WILL NOT BE CALLING AGAIN!

I've never left a review before because I've never felt strongly enough. I feel strongly enough to warn people to stay away from ABC Towing. I'm convinced it's a SCAM. I was booted and was promptly met by a greasy, unprofessional man wearing a GoPro on her chest claiming he had "evidence". He got short with me when I asked to see the alleged evidence and said if I mailed him a DVD he would send it to me. After I pointed out the burden was on him to prove it, he handed me the "you've been booted" sign he was taping to cars and told me to write my email address down so he could send me to video footage. I was not comfortable writing down my personal information on something he was taping to random cars in a parking lot, so he grabbed a business card, mumbling and crumpling the paper. There was no formal written ticket or even explanation of fees. He just appeared and asked for ID and a credit card. So sketchy. He flipped us off, and when we followed up about the video footage, he said, "send me a court date at your expense". Just stay away.
