Our office had a terrible experience with another local locksmith. Scott and his team at Albemarle Lock & Safe were professional, efficient and incredibly helpful. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in Cville and the surrounding areas. Thank you so much!!

I had had the worst day, and these guys made it so much better! They were able to give me a new car key for a cheaper price than EVERYONE ELSE in town, and they were the only ones who werent going to make me wait a week and a half to do it. They were so sweet, and I was able to play with the dog while I waited. Speedy and super sweet! They definitely deserve your business!

Tim Holt from Albermarle Lock and Safe did a great job replacing one cylinder and re-keying two existing locks on a house I just bought in town and wanted to "refresh" the hardware "devices" ( AKA Dead-Bolts etc.) before moving myself, my family and our belongings into. He was super fast (this is the take-away folks, he did everything way quicker that it would have taken me to buy new locks at a box store. I'm not even factoring in me attempting to install them in doors already drilled and routed) and seriously, this was very, VERY reasonable. Cheap enough that I will not hesitate to call these folks for any lock-type issues in the future. The shop is professional and they set me up with an appointment ASAP and Tony was there twenty minutes early. Plus he was super pleasant and organized. And me smiled alot. Hey, here you go, here's your locksmith right here. Do what I did, get on your bicycle and ride down there and set up a thing to get what you need done.

I had locks re-keyed and a deadbolt installed on a difficult french door. Albemarle Lock and Safe's technician Tim Holt did an amazing job. He was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend using Albemarle Lock and Safe if you're moving into a new home or apartment.

What a fabulous group of people! Out of desperation, I made a call to them re: needing old keys for my autistic grandson. They treated me with the greatest respect, and listened to my story about my boy. They also gave me enough keys to make four large key rings. May sound like a small thing to most, but to us, this act of kindness is worth more than words can ever describe. THANK YOU! They also do a great job unlocking your vehicles
