It is rare to find a business that truly understands the meaning of customer service. I needed two car door lock cylinders to be re-cored to match my existing key. After calling over 20 lock and key companies in Maryland and Virginia, I thought I may not be able to have this job completed. Richard was able to answer my questions, provide multiple options, and worked to meet my requirements. Knowing that I had to drive 2 hours to reach his location, he offered to stay open until the job was done, even though I came in 30 minutes before closing. He completed the job quickly, kept me appraised of his progress, and did an outstanding job. He even identified an issue with my keys/locks I didn't even know I had. I truly appreciate the assistance and give my highest recommendation for this business. Thank you Richard for being a true professional.

I called around to get some estimates as well as a comfort level on who could make replacement 2012 Honda Odyssey keys (after researching online not everyone / locksmith is created equal). Got in touch with Richard at the Manassas store and he was very confident he'd have no issues. Stopped by today and he was in fact spot on in his assessment / confidence - cut two new keys in short order without issue. I brought in the replacement blanks and original key WITHOUT the car (I don't recommend that but my better half needed it) and Richard informed me that "aftermarket" blanks can be slightly wider than OEM. He said to try them and to expect a minor adjustment with a basic flat file - he showed me what he was referring to when I was there. He said I could bring them back and he'd take care of it at no cost. In fact they did, however, I had the file and managed a hardware store for several years so was comfortable tweaking these slightly. All said, they work great and his advise was spot on. If you do NOT want to worry about the adjustment, I'd simply recommend bringing the original in and letting the expert take care of everything... do bring the car, however :^). Bottom line, I was very impressed and would be VERY comfortable recommending Richard / Baldino's for your key needs!!!!

YES, I highly recommend coming to Richard to the Manassas Baldino's location. He was extremely helpful and communicated with me over the course of two days. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and made a stressful situation much less stressful for me. Richard even stayed after hours to get my Lexus RX330 key fixed in a timely manner. From the time it took to get my car key copied to swiping my credit card, the whole process took less then 15-20 minutes. I will come to Richard for any key/locksmith services and I recommend you do too! Thank you Richard!!!! 😊

I had a very old car key and needed some extra sets made. I tried Home Depot and Lowes but they were unable to help me. Baldino's made the keys within a few minutes and they were a perfect fit. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Never knew this was here. Looked at google reviews and saw how high they were and decided to stop in to get my Ford Ranger spare key cut. Richard did it in about 15 seconds and the price was more than fair. Works perfectly. I then proceeded to stay another two hours and we just chatted/talked. It was quite cool. Most places aren't like this at all and you want to get in/get out as fast as possible because the lack of customer service doesn't make you want to stay. This is the complete opposite here. It's quite refreshing to be honest. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I will never go anywhere else to get keys cut going forward. If you want/need keys made go here. Support local businesses! -Nigel
