Hiring Spencer's safe and lock to work on our new house was one of the best experiences we had in a stressful situation. They were extremely affordable and friendly to work with. We contracted them to come out on 2 separate transactions; 1st to change 3 exterior door locks, then to change 2 additional sliding glass door locks. Both times, Charlie was there before we even got to the house. He helped us choose between different color and style handles that would match our home. It took him all of 20 minutes to change out 3 locks, and make us additional keys right from his truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I called Spencer's because I needed my house re-keyed and the person on the phone, I believe his name was James, was very helpful as well as the person who came to my house. Both were very professional and I would use this company again.

Very bad, rude customer service experience with James on the phone. Rich had come by to fix a lock of mine a few weeks ago (he was very kind) but it unfortunately broke again. I called to ask whether I would have to pay a second time for Rich to come out. When I asked a second time just to be sure, he mocked me in a rude tone. Later in the day, he told my daughter he was happy not to work with me again because I am "difficult to work with." Forgive me if asking a question twice is "difficult" when he was being very vague about whether I'd have to pay twice for the same service. Won't be going back to Spencer's.

Needed my front dead bolt changed. Very quick service and good price.

Very rude and impatient service from the man on the phone (James). My mom had worked with Rich before and he was great, but she called back when her door malfunctioned again, and when she asked a simple question (whether there would be a charge just for a handyman coming out) James MOCKED her, imitating her voice and saying in the rudest tone, “I DONT KNOW MAAM WE’LL HAVE TO SEE WHEN HE COMES OUUUUT.” I don’t think there’s any place for such rude customer service in this industry, and we won’t be using their services again.
