Your electronic security specialist, Ray Jackson, brilliantly accomplished what 3 other security and IT specialists couldn’t – he fixed our problem and made it look easy. I wasted so much time talking to our electronic door access software company and working with the other IT guys. I am still scratching my head wondering what Ray knew that the other 3 guys didn’t. Ray was wonderful to work with and we are so happy! I will definitely recommend Richmond Security, Inc.

Richmond Security was able to help us out in a pinch when we were locked out of our building (key snapped off in the lock). We are a local business in town and this was the only way to enter. Big problem! They came out quickly, fixed the problem, and charged a fair amount. Very helpful! Later when we had some trouble with the same door, we called them, explained what was happening, and they offered to come back out and fix it free of charge (trip fee, labor, and materials). I spoke directly with the owner and he made it very clear how much he values his customers. Very pleased with results. If the need ever arises we will definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Super friendly and helpful customer service. Walked in and was able to get my locks rekeyed in about 5 minutes.
