A locally owned business in the Spokane area. Called to change the locks on my newly purchased home and owner responded quickly. He even did a quick repair on my door that was not framed quickly so I could use the dead bolt easier.

If you are looking for customer service go elsewhere. I called with slightly unusual request and the man on the phone was rude. I called Allied with the same request and they were more than happy to help.

Terry is a great guy. Very helpful and right on top of things. We have used him for years and have always had a positive experience. He can do everything we've needed.

Called to see if they could possibly help with a garage door lock the same day. Was told no, but not just no. It was followed by: "I have 14 doors to do in one house, an emergency commercial issue, then a personal family event afterward, so no, I'm not clearing my schedule to help you out." Holy smokes, a simple response that he's booked for the whole day rather than a complete over reaction would have been great. I don't know why he so incredibly rude, I thought I was asking a reasonable question as their website says they do emergency work. My broken lock was for a commercial store front and I couldn't lock the store up, but I never had the chance to explain that to the guy because he wouldn't stop telling me how busy he was and how insignificant my call was. I called Al's Locksmiths instead and they were quick and professional.

One man business. Has in-shop time every day and in-the-road time. Probably stays busy due to customer following. I have used him for years for rental properties and miscellaneous. Services are fairly priced.
