The lock Smith was good at his job. He was real informative on what I needed to do and look for,in order for him to make the key that I needed to replace. It didn't cost me a fortune! He's resonable

Unbelievable! I called this locksmith company this morning since my daughter-in-law called me in a panic. She had locked herself out of the house without the car key and house key, trying to get her 9 month old and 6 year old to school and daycare and work herself. I called this locksmith and the lady I talked to was very nice (the first time) and said she would take care of it. I asked how much and she said $15 service fee and $39.95 to unlock the door. I also told her that I would pay for it over the phone with my credit card since they are a bit financially strapped. The guy called and said 25-35 minutes...he then called her back and said another 20 minutes. And it is pouring down rain... When he gets there he refused to use my credit card since it wasn't there or he would take cash. He then says it is going to be $180!! I called the lady back and she got pretty nasty with me and said "no, I said it was starting at $39.95" I said you did not and she started arguing with me... She never did say the word "starting". I said okay and said good to know for the future. The guy put a type of bladder in the door jam and used a tool similar to a ruler and popped it open in seconds. Never inserted anything into a lock and took less than 1 minute. Ridiculous!! I will never ever suggest or use this company! Total BS!!

This was not only my first experience with this particular company but with locksmiths as a whole - and I can veritably say that I was satisfied with the overall work. Having never gone to a locksmith, though, I did not know what to expect (regarding price, payment, etc) and still do not know how this company compares with others. But at least I can give a stamp of approval given my own positive personal experience with them. Price was fair and they were able to get my locks changed the same day I called. Happy customer overall and will turn to them again if I ever need their services in the future.

I needed a key made for my old 97 Toyota Avalon, not just for the doors, but for the trunk. My car is unique and weird in that the inside release for the trunk is broken and my back seat in not one that can fold down to gain access to the trunk. In other words, only a key will open the trunk. Sam helped me out and quickly made me 2 keys that worked for the ignition, doors, and trunk. I'm very thankful for this service on short notice. I recommend him!!

I have been worried for about a month now about my locks being changed and if I could find a reliable place to do this change. I was so pleasantly surprised when a locksmith named David arrive at my door after I scheduled an appointment. This was such a genuine experience for me and for my two daughters who hovered close and watched as the locks were being changed. My experience was extraordinary and it was a great learning experience my daughters who took so kindly to David as he answered their questions. What an efficient job!! Thank you so very much!!! THANK YOU LOCKSMITH BONNY LAKE.
