After speaking with the phone person over the phone, I was given a quote and, given my skeptical nature, I pressed them about whether they promised the quote would be accurate, meaning no extra add-ons/charges. The operator promised that what was quoted would exactly match the final cost. And the operator was right. I didn't get any additional charges, so for that reason I am dropping a good word for them. Keeping one's word is very important to me and they were able to do that. The locks that were added to my doors were great too.

I called several places. I shop around so to speak to get the best deal - and gut instincts told me to roll with these folks. Turned out to be a good choice because I didn't get screed over or anything. Got the job done at a decent price. No worries on my end.

Tried to charge me $250 plus service call charge to unlock my vehicle. During normal hours. Vehicle was very near to their business. I have never paid more than $65 to have it unlocked, it is an older model very easy to get into. When I said no, forget it, the locksmith said ok, $190 cash. Again I refused. Then he offered to do it for $150 cash. More than fed up at this point, my answer was still no. He lowered it to $90, then $80, I said no again. Finally he said he could do it for $60 plus the service call charge, to which I finally agreed to against my better judgment of giving business to a shady company. Will file a complaint with the BBB, Chambet of Commerce, and any other agency or social media platform I can think of.

Quote on the phone was $65 but charged me $225 but agreed to $200 cash. This was my first time having to do this. Guess I got had, I should have read these reviews first!

I called them because i was lockout of my camper. I asked them how much I should expect to be spending they said $15 for the call out and $39 for the unlocking. I expected to spend maximum $75. After waiting over and hour when they told me it was just going to be a few minutes. When he finally got here he charged me $201. It took him less than two minutes to unlock my camper. I was grateful but annoyed that I had to pay so much more then i expected to spend. The next day when I went to go use my key in the lock I found that I could not put my key INTO the lock at all. The key hole is cockeyed now. I called them at once to have them come out again to fix the problem that THEY created. I was told a supervisor would be calling me shortly and i also mentioned that I didn't expect to spend $200, when I called them out, the person that I spoke to told me to mention it to the supervisor when I spoke to them. Its now been 5 days since my lock out. I have made MANY phone calls to them and I STILL have not spoken to the supervisor and no one has come to fix my lock. The front door to my camper is still nonlockable this is NOT safe. Yesterday, during one of my many phone calls to them, i was able to talk with a lady but when i tried explaining to her what was going on she went off on me. Telling me that she does her job very well and my response was "WOW" (I didn't expect any type of response like that)and then she continued to berate me, telling me how she knows what she's doing. I again was trying to tell her that I did not realize that it was going to be so expensive ($200) for them to come out unlock my camper. I was again told a supervisor would be calling me in just a few minutes. After not hearing back from them for 3 hours I called again. This time I was told I was talking with an answering service. He told me he sent a message to the supervisor and they would call me shortly. No call back... Now its the next day, when i call the phone just rings and rings No answer. I tried calling with my number blocked and the same ladie answer right way. She put me on hold and the the phone when died. I again called back and the same thing happen. She picked up and then the phone line went died. The third time getting through i told her i was getting hung up on and she be again yelling at me to stop making things up then and i was once again put on hold. Ill give you one guess what happened next. You guessed it the phone line went died. The next time i called i asked for a manager again o was put on hold and you guessed it she hung up on me again. I tried calling once again and this time my husband was on the phone she said point blank that we would not being getting out lock fixes because of me calling her. My husband tried to let her know that our door lock is broken because of the work they're person did and we want it fixed. She said its not going to happen. Then told us we are harassing her and not to call back. My husband asked for the main offices address to we could go in an talk with someone in charge. We reserved a bogus address from her. Surprise surprise. All i wanted was for them to fix it. No fuss no messy back and forth. Im sorry i didnt get her name she refused to give it to me. Right now our door does not lock properly thanks to them.
