The best in the biz. Very responsive and punctual. I had a key and remote programmed for my truck. Way better price than the dealership. Thanks guys!

Amazing husband and wife team! Bob and his wife showed up an hour after my call to them early Sunday morning, despite the snow pocolypse that was occurring in Seattle. Got me inside within 5 minutes, only charged $95 and even refused to accept my tip. These guys are amazing!

The owner of this place, Bob, is absolutely amazing! I needed to get into my shed in our backyard because we lost the key. I was getting jerked around by another key place and was very upset. I got ahold of Ballard lock and key again and he said I will be over shortly. I live close and I’ll come don’t you worry. And you know what?? He came over after a long day and unlocked our shed! Bob Saved the day according to me! The sweetest, best, wonderful service I could have asked for. Please use this company whenever you need help with keys or locks use Bobs company. You won’t regret it.

Called Ballard Lock and Key after an attempted break-in at my building. On a Sunday--in the middle of a snow storm no less--they were there within an hour to repair the broken door handle. Extremely fast, knowledgable, and courteous service. Will certainly be using them in the future.
