I used the machine to order my key and because it is a two sided security mailbox key the machine indicated it was a special order and my new keys would ship it to me directly. So far so good. The next day I get an email saying they don't do these keys and giving me a refund of my money with no guidance as to whom I might be able to acquire a copy. Felt like a dump and run to me.

The keys are really flimsy. It comes out with very rough edges and metal burrs. I signed up for a 20% promo code before I went yet there wasn’t a spot during checkout for me to add the promo code! Overall, I needed an extra house key and GOT an extra house key.. but given a choice I’d choose the Ballard Lock and Key down the street. (It was after hours when I made the key).

Overall a good, convienient experience. My only issue was the machine didn't clean the metal burs off the key. This is usally the last thing done before a keymaker hands you a key. One other note is that KeyMe is off their rocker if they think I'm providing my personal info AND my finger print. No thanks.

Went to get a key cut for my Jeep, I had already ordered the replacement keys online with built in lock/unlock/remote start. Told me it would cost $90 and the keys would show up in 2 - 3 days. I thought this was supposed to be a kiosk that cut keys?
