I cannot recommend this service highly enough, not just for the keys, but for the customer service. First, the keys: It's a very simple process where you just stick your current key in, the machine scans it, and it pops out the new keys in a couple minutes, each for about $5 (I got a basic house key copied, others are more expensive). After the whole thing was over (see below), I ended up with four keys. I tested them when I got home, and they all worked great! Now for the customer service experience: I went in to get a couple of extra keys for our new house. I originally asked for two, but then a message popped up saying I could get one free. So that was cool. The machine started cutting the keys, and after it was all done, the screen said there were three below to pick up. But only one had come out! So I called the customer service line (the number is prominently displayed right on the front of the machine) and got an actual person within a minute. I told him what happened, and without giving me any pushback, he emailed me a code for three new keys. I tried it again, and all three came out as planned. So, shout out to Luke! But wait, there's more: Little did I know that the machine had already recognized the error, and had immediately emailed me that I was getting a refund for the key it had messed up! This company seriously thought of everything.

Easy process, succeeded at copying a key that other machines (e.g. Home Depot) often fail at.

Simple and so convenience! Thanks!

Slower than the advertised "seconds", but I got 3 new keys cut in about 7 minutes. All the keys worked, even though the cut fidelity wasnt perfect. Cool concept! Located in a 7-11.
