Puget Sound Locksmith saved me a ton of money when I had to replace my Toyota Smart key. The entire job- a Toyota brand smart key fob along with programming cost what the dealership wanted to charge me just to program a new smart key fob. It saved me hundred of dollars! Mark had the new key fob overnighted and arrived at my place to program the new fob while I was at work. It was so easy and convenient! This was after a terrible experience with Burien Lock & Key AND after purchasing an after-market brand key online that Mark ensured was not going to work (glad I could return that!)

Great service, very helpful. Also was open when they said they would be unlike multiple other locksmiths I went to in Tacoma. Highly recommend

Staff was very friendly. Tried to do an immobilizer pairing service here for my Honda Fit. Turns out, my car has problem. Although it didn’t work out, we were greeted friendly. Staff was kind and nice. Just wanted to give a good review.

I just wanted a relative quote. Guy on the phone kept calling me buddy. Was short worded and snappy. No ty. Too much money to give to people who are rude to woman customer's. Who call them buddy like their five years old, just because they don't know their car model. Byeeeee. I'll spend elsewhere.

Terribly rude on the phone and multiple listings with different names for the same business. This is a scam.
