They made keys fast and stamped in letter for me, great experience.

Yesterday I had some chip key blanks that I provided cut for my Suburban. Got home to discover they worked in door, but not for ignition. I understand--sometimes the keys don't cut exact enough. Went back this morning to discuss. I am happy to report they pulled blanks out of their stock, re-cut them, programmed them (beyond what I had asked for) and they work great. 5-star service.

I would never do business with this company again. No customer service at all. They may do fine making keys but their alarm service is a joke. A few years ago we even found that our system had not been working for months but they did not know it. We tried to stop the service but the request apparently did not get sent to the correct person so they continued to bill us and argued about final $25 bill.

I'm giving 2 stars because the locksmith did get me into the house, and I am appreciative of that, but when you tell the customer that their total is going to be around $200, and less than 10 minutes later provide them with a $260 bill, it makes the customer feel as though they're being ripped off. A labor charge, in addition to the standard service charge of $176, was never mentioned.

Absolutely horrible with follow-through. I pay them to offer fire monitoring on a commercial building and they simply don't provide the service. I don't get alarm calls, they don't know how to troubleshoot problems and when they say they are going to be there for service or repair, they don't show up.
