If I can rate it a 0 star I would. I walked in to ask a simple question, and there were literally 7 employees with 4 of them free I was in there a good 5-10 minutes waiting to ask my question. One of the associates glanced so we said hello, did we get a response? No. So than a second guy looked two seconds of eye contact and than walked away when he than asked two minutes later another guy to help us. I’m not sure if it was a race thing but I am by far furious of my experience with them and will NEVER go again. I rather pay a person on the street to unlock my car.

I had the gentlemen at Mounts transfer a 400 pound safe for me. They were very careful with the safe itself and my home. They arrived on time (slightly early, actually) and took care of the move with efficiency and skill. I would absolutely and highly recommend their services and, I appreciate the work they did for me. Very polite, courteous, friendly and professional people.

Took them an hour to get here and all he did was use a credit card! Then he charged me $5 more than what I was told over the phone! I definitely feel ripped off!!

Being a historical business of tricities I’ll admit I had high expectations. I’ve heard a lot of good things about mounts. Boy was I surprised. The part that was most upsetting, despite the 25 minute wait before I was spoken to, once I was answering the phone took priority over my service. If making customers feel unvalued is the goal they get an A! Then I’m assuming the boss arrived. After the employee finished my questions I over heard management slaughter the friendly fellow with snide comments basically in short calling his employee a dumbass. If that is how they speak to there employees with customers present I can only imagine the disrespect they put up with when no ones around. To be so unprofessional and degrading. It then made since why moral was so pitiful. I wouldn’t want to work there either if I was that unappreciated. I’ll finish my rant with this, mounts has potential. The employees aren’t the problem. A facelift of management would do miracles. Constructive criticism and bullying are two completely different things. In no way was management productive in the pathetic attempt to inform the worker of their wrong doings. Never again will I go there. It saddened me for the young men that work with such disfunction and destructive leadership. Disgusted with disrespect.
